Below is the TNYA practice schedule. All participants must follow the steps to join TNYA to attend practice. Practice passes or subscriptions must be purchased in order to book a practice. Practices may be booked, at the earliest, one week before the day of practice.

All participants must bring a swim cap and photo ID to enter and use any pool.

To book a specific practice listed below, visit our Mindbody store, download the Mindbody app, or click the “Book” practice button below.

Practice bookings are subject to our booking rules; full detail can be found on our Participation Agreement page, but here is a summary:

  • Practice may be booked up to one week before the day of the practice.
  • You may “Early Cancel” a booking until 2 hours before the start time and your pass or subscription can be used again. Any “Late Cancellation” within 2 hours of the start time, or no-show at practice without cancellation, forfeits your pass/subscription and is non-refundable.
  • If a practice is full, you may join the waitlist. Mindbody will move waitlisters into the practice as registered attendees cancel; if you no longer wish to be in the practice, be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist via the Mindbody store or you risk being automatically added to the practice and charged accordingly.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to practice, the practice is fully booked, and there is a walk-up or waitlister at practice, your position in practice will be given to the walk-up attendee.

Although TNYA uses its best efforts to ensure the above schedule is accurate, practices may be cancelled or rescheduled owing to circumstances out of our control. In addition, the listed coaches may be substituted without notice. To ensure you always receive the latest information about practices, including cancellations, be sure to sign up to our mailing list.
