TNYA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable corporation incorporated in New York State. Accordingly, TNYA is governed in accordance with bylaws adopted by its membership pursuant to New York’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Law, which vest day-to-day management responsibility in our Board of Directors.
Pursuant to our bylaws, the Board has adopted a comprehensive Code of Conduct alongside a suite of policies set forth in the TNYA Policy Manual. Agreement to these policies, and the other terms of our Participation Agreement and Liability Waiver, is a condition of membership in TNYA or participation in any TNYA activity.
