Enabling TNYA Emergency Text Messages

TNYA now has the capacity to send text messages with last-minute schedule changes — that is, changes announced no more than one hour before the scheduled start of a workout — to those whose cell phone numbers we have on file. Here’s how to enable (or opt out of) this service:

  1. Sign in to your member account.
  1. Under “My Profile,” click the “Edit My Profile” link.
  1. Under the “Texting” heading of the profile page, if you want to enable the service, provide your cell phone number.

    If you’ve already given us your cell number but you want to opt out of the service, check the box marked “Exclude this number from text messages.”
