It’s back! Online registration is now open for the Asbury Icebreaker, TNYA’s annual open-water swim, with 0.5-mile, 1-mile, and 2-mile options open to swimmers of all abilities. Last year’s event featured 136 swimmers (50 from TNYA), and we hope you’ll join in this year’s fun. Check-in time is 6:30 [am]; start time is 7:30 for the 2-mile race, 7:45 for the 1-mile race, and 8:00 for the half-miler. The entry fee is $25; wetsuits will be allowed.
There will also be drinks the night before at Watermark, right on the Asbury Park Boardwalk, from 7 until whenever, and a post-race brunch at Beach Bar, just steps away from the finish line.
