Team New York Aquatics affirms the right of all its staff and members to be treated with dignity and respect, and to be free of harassment and discrimination while participating in official Team New York Aquatics activities.
Harassment or discriminatory behavior is any conduct that creates a hostile or threatening environment. Harassment or discriminatory behavior includes, but is not limited to, comments, name calling, unwanted physical or sexual contact, or other behavior that intentionally demeans a person based on her or his sexual orientation, gender identity, race, age, color, physical appearance, religion, national origin, ethnicity, gender, marital status, or physical/mental disability.

All complaints of harassment and/or discrimination should be directed to our Board of Directors. Contact the designated Officers for further information on the complaint process, including the standard complaint form and other methods of submitting complaints. Please use one of the following forms to contact the designated Officers:
- Contact the Co-Chairs (President and Vice President) of our Board of Directors directly to submit a complaint of harassment and/or discrimination against anyone that is not one of the Co-Chairs at: co-chairs@tnya.org
- Contact the Treasurer and Secretary of our Board of Directors through our Team Manager to submit a complaint of harassment and/or discrimination against one or both of the Co-Chairs at: mail@tnya.org
