The members of TNYA elect a Board of Directors from the membership each year to handle the day-to-day operations of the team. TNYA and the Board of Directors are governed by bylaws, policies, procedures and codes of conduct. The 2025-26 Board of Directors are:

  • Matthew Eck, Communications and Outreach Coordinator
  • Kirsten Kramer, Artistic Swimming Coordinator
  • Wyatt Licht, Water Polo Coordinator
  • Liam Riebling, Events and Team Spirit Coordinator
  • Danny Rosemarin, Staffing Operations Coordinator
  • Elliot Silva, Meets Coordinator
  • Eric Wang, Member Operations Coordinator
