Weekend at Catskills Cottage

Weekend at a 4 BR Catskills Cottage near Phoenicia:Fireplace, skylight, high arched ceilings, loft area, full kitchen, lots of board games, deck, an outside fire pit for grilling, borders a lovely creek that runs into the Esopus river, and yes, well water piped into the newly renovated bathroom. All the modern amenities including local phone, hot water, heat, dvd large screen projector and surround sound system to watch your favorite movies. Near tons of hiking trails, water tubing (in the summer), skiing, cycling/mountain biking, fly fishing. It is about 5 miles from the Zen Monastery, 15 miles from Woodstock and 120 miles from midtown Manhattan. The particular weekend is subject to availability and for use within a year of the OHS date.
